Sunday is the best day of the week to eat an ice-cream sundae. It’s probably a proven fact. Since I live with two extreme individuals I turned Sunday Sundae into Sunday Sundae Showdown.
The first step in the process was creating a mammoth sundae.
I have constructed a diagram to better explain the contents of the concoction.
Starting at the bottom of the bowl we have a pancake topped with a scoop of ice-cream and hot fudge.
Then comes cereal. More ice-cream and hot fudge followed by cookie pieces and more ice-cream topped with whipped cream.
Next a cookie was placed on top and the sundae was then covered in maple syrup.
These two ladies do not take ice-cream eating lightly. They have trained to hone their craft and perfect the art of eating.
Of course this was a showdown; There could only be one winner. Clearly Kristin won while Kaitlynn lost.
It is also now the season of fall food and my birthday! I’m so excited for candy corn, caramel apples, and pumpkin flavored everything.
My mom and sister told me about a recipe they tried. I haven’t tasted it, since they live 400 miles away, but it looks de- wait for it… -licious.

O’Zone’s had the best pizza in Pensacola. And now they have a pirate ship made by Taylor and I out of sugar packets floating in a sea of napkin made.
Aside from great eating great pizza I found a huge pumpkin in a market.
I love seeing pumpkins and apple cider, it means Fall is finally here. Baskin Robbin’s has there pumpkin pie ice cream available too. The weather is even feeling like Fall. Tis the season to roll your windows down and wear your scarves.
Yes there is truly nothing like a night with friends drinking cider and stealing mini pumpkins.

I love carbs.
I know a lot of people are trying to avoid carbohydrates, but I can’t be one of them. They taste too good.
I got the idea to make a real Mrs. Potato Head when I saw my sister doing a potato dance while making dinner.
I know that it has yet to get cold, but I’m already preparing for the fall and winter.
The autumn time puts me in the mood to make scarves.
What’s unfortunate is that I have yet to wear any of the scarves I’ve made. I guess I should expect warm winters when I live in Florida.

Mmmm… nothing like a good workout in the blazing heat and watermelon.
I’m so very ready for the weather to turn cold. Until then, I guess I’ll continue to eat summer food.
Today, my sister and I decorated her house for Fall and ate candy corn. But alas, I am not a magician and I can’t control the weather.
The water melon wasn’t even that good, not ripe at all. But it looks pretty and it photographs well.
